Well, come to find out (thanks to a YouTube commenter), Delphinium Blue is a purpley blue that breaks!<\/p>\n<p>Of course, we had to go back and try breaking it on purpose.<\/p>\n<p>Our first attempt in this video did break &#8212; but not like we expected. So I refreshed my sieve-like memory on all things breaking food coloring on yarn, and we tried again.
